Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy, born on June 13, 1962, in the US, is an actor. After her 1983 debut film Bad Boys, Sheedy became part of the Brat pack consisting of actors. She appeared in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985), Short Circuit (1986) as well as WarGames. Sheedy was awarded the Independent Spirit Award Best Female Leading for her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy is an American writer and actress. She started her career in acting with the crime film Bad Boys at the beginning in the 80s. Rick Rosenthal was the director of the film in which other actors were equally prominent, including Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. After her breakthrough in her first film she also appeared in the comedy drama film The Breakfast Club. The film by John Hughes called The Breakfast Club is considered as one of most memorable films of high school cinema. Even though the budget for this movie was only $1 million, the film has grossed more than $50 millions. While she was doing this the first time on TV, her television debut was made with CBS Schoolbreak. It was a show designed for teens and aired from April 1980. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid, Hill Street Blues and Chicago Story are a few of the other series in where she's been featured. The show Little Sister she makes a appearance as a guest. She is also as a character in X-Men Apocalypse a superhero film in which her role is a brief cameo. Her amazing performance has earned her numerous awards like an MTV Movie Award of Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
